Chesapeake adds compressed gas supplier, appoints CEO

February 2019

Chesapeake Utilities acquired Marlin CNG Services, a North American supplier of mobile compressed natural gas (CNG) utility. Marlin specializes in solutions for winter peaking supplies, pipeline integrity testing and pipeline reconstruction.

Separately, the company appointed Jeffry M. Householder, its president of the company’s Florida business unit, as its president and CEO. He replaced Michael P. McMasters, who announced his retirement in September and will continue as a board member. Householder will also serve on the board.
