FERC OKs Placing Cameron Pipeline Facilities in Service

Posted on

FERC has approved Sempra LNG’s request to place into service the Holbrook Compressor Station, modified Tennessee Gas Pipeline and Texas Eastern Transmission Meter Stations, a new meter station at the Cameron LNG Terminal, and 3.58 miles of 36-inch-diameter header pipeline located between the between the Holbrook Compressor Station and the TGP meter station, as part of the Cameron Pipeline Expansion Project.

The Cameron Pipeline Expansion Project adds bi-directional flow to the Cameron Interstate Pipeline, enabling the pipeline to transport gas from various interstate pipeline interconnections to the Cameron LNG’s Terminal in Hackberry, Louisiana. The project facilities have been also designed to allow the pipeline to receive send-out gas from the Cameron LNG Terminal.
