FERC has approved Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company’s request to place into service the Daleville and Kemblesville Loops in Chester County, Pennsylvania, as part of the White Oak Mainline Expansion Project.

“This authorization is granted on the basis of Eastern Shore’s recent weekly construction status report and our field inspection conducted on December 1, 2016,” Rich McGuire, Director Division of Gas – Environment and Engineering with FERC, said. “We find that Eastern Shore has adequately stabilized the construction workspaces on both pipeline loops and that restoration is proceeding satisfactorily.”

According to McGuire, Eastern Shore’s request is also in compliance with environmental condition 9 of the Commission’s Order Issuing Certificate that was supplied to the company on July 21, 2016.
