Fletcher Retires From ISCO After 35 Years

After 35 years selling high-density polyethylene pipe for ISCO Industries, Jim Fletcher is hanging up his hat and picking up the fishing pole.
In 1980, at 42 years old, Fletcher became ISCO’s first salesperson for the polyethylene pipe division. It was about four years after he met Jim Kirchdorfer at a water show in 1976. Fletcher had just moved to Louisville from southern Missouri. The rest, as they say, is history.
“Jim’s career in the polyethylene pipe industry is legendary. He pioneered many new uses for HDPE pipe and championed countless successful projects,” said ISCO CEO Mark Kirchdorfer. “I am fortunate to be one of the many people Jim mentored along the way. He always found a way to have fun while working hard and developing lifelong friendships throughout the industry.”
Fletcher will continue to contribute as a consultant for ISCO Industries while also enjoying retirement in Cocoa Beach, FL.
