Henkels & McCoy Names Henrich VP, General Counsel

Henkels & McCoy Inc. has named Caroline Henrich to the senior leadership team as vice president and general counsel. Caroline will focus primarily on managing and integrating best practices around contractual risk, managing all litigation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Her background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Master of Laws degree from Pace University in Environmental Law.
  Caroline’s professional experience includes positions in private law practice, where she specialized in energy, labor, and litigation. In addition, most of her career was as inside counsel in various companies including Eastern Associated Coal Corp., NiSource/Columbia Gas, Valero Energy Corp./Premcore Refining and most recently as vice president and corporate officer for Norsk Hydro, an international aluminum manufacturer.
  Much of Caroline’s legal career has been in leadership positions in the energy, mining and manufacturing industries. She has worked domestically and internationally and she is well positioned to continue to advance the legal department at Henkels & McCoy.
