New Chapter Of Pipeliners Club To Kick Off In Oklahoma City

Reflecting the city’s prominent role in the burgeoning Oklahoma oil and natural gas industry, a new chapter of the Pipeliners Club is being formed to further advance the industry and to create scholarships for future energy professionals.
Patterned after the 67-year-old Tulsa Pipeliners Club, which boasts more than 600 members and annually raises more than $150,000 for scholarships, the Oklahoma City chapter has similar goals, including connecting upstream and midstream professionals for the advancement of engineering, maintenance and operating practices for the mutual benefit of the members and the industry. The new chapter is scheduled to kick-off in January 2015.
