Obituary: James Vincent Joyce

James Vincent Joyce, 86, died Feb. 23, 2014. Joyce and his brother Charles founded Joyce Pipeline, which later became Joyce Western Corp. Throughout his pipeline career, Joyce worked throughout the Americas. The Alaskan pipeline, in which his company played a large part in constructing, was a highlight of his career. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helena; siblings, Charles, Joyce. W. Donald Joyce, Joan Dibble and Sandra Howland. He is survived by his sister, Mary Ann Davis; children, Kathleen (George) Biondo, Vincent (Deborah) Joyce, and Christine (Michael) McCormick; and a number of grandchildren and greatgrand children.
