Supply Header Mainline Construction in West Virginia Gets Green Light

Posted on

FERC has approved Dominion Energy Transmission, Inc.’s request to commence full mainline construction of the Supply Header Project within all certificated right-of-way in West Virginia. The ruling marks the second project request approved this month. On April 16, the commission ruled that construction of the Crayne Compressor Station, located in Westmoreland County, Pa., could begin.

The Supply Header Project includes 37.5 miles of natural gas pipeline and the modification of existing compression facilities in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.

It is expected to be placed in service towards the end of 2019.
